We were met by Margaret, and we hit it off immediately,her humour matched ours, nothing was pushed onto us, she listened to us, and the banter between us, kept everything at a nice low key level, we knew which car we wanted, so Margaret just filled in the paperwork, persuaded, us both to have a test drive, which was the final swing point, in deciding to go ahead, the banter continued as I said I was feeling drained as the funds were transferred from my bank, Margaret from Durham is a gem
I have bought several cars in my lifetime and buying a car from sales at Honda Newcastle is the best buying experience I have had and the extra touches made my experience extra extra special. They are a huge asset to Honda and I hope they are recognised for all they do. They were extremely professional and very knowledgeable about cars. They gave me the full walk round the car and explained all the different gadgets inside the car. I will 100% recommend Honda Newcastle and I will be back myself in the future for future purchases.

The Sales Exec was very helpful & gave us all the information we needed regarding the model we chose. They explained how easy the process would be when handing over our older model. The Sales Exec explained what costs were involved when deciding on which model we wanted. We were kept updated about our order via phone calls & emails.
