Today I picked up a new Honda Jazz Hybrid - I was well informed about my new car as the Sales executive had sent a personal video explaining all the 'ins & outs' of the car I was buying. COVID regulations were well planned out, the sales room was immaculate with clear signage, spaciously set out desks for customers and sales staff who were well informed on 'keeping protected' during this time. The whole experience from choosing the car, driving the display car to hearing about different purchasing possibilities was professionally presented with no pressure to purchase. I would have no hesitation in recommending a visit to Newcastle's showroom.

Came to this dealer to have look around a specific Honda CRV, after a period of time was approached by a Sales Executive who was available to give us advice and answered questions about said vehicle. They then showed us a vehicle which had not long been in their possession which, was exactly the right vehicle we were looking for as in price and year of registration. After making an appointment for a test drive we decided to purchase this vehicle, the Sales Executive made it an easy process and within one week we are now the proud owners of the vehicle .
