Collected my lovely new Honda jazz on Friday - I dealt with the Sales Executive from the very first phone call about the possibility of changing from my existing Honda Jazz to the new Hybrid. The Sales Executive made the whole experience excellent from start to finish. The way in which they dealt with me on the telephone to find out what I would be looking for in a new car was brilliant. So when I arrived for my appointment with them at the showroom they already had a good idea what they needed to show me and to discuss my options. The Sales Executive has an excellent customer service manner in the way in which they listened to me and answered my questions and then came up with solutions. Although on this day I couldn't complete the sale because the outcome wasn't quite right financially for me the Sales Manager contacted me and we discussed some further options which worked out better for me and the sale was agreed. This was was an excellent outcome for me. Good team work. The Sales Executive kept me up to date with the delivery of my new car. The collection of my new car was fantastic. I loved the way the Sales Executive sent me a video showing me around my car before I got there - this was great as there was a strong possibility that it was going to rain at the time I was due to collect the car. But as it happened the rain stayed away and the Sales Executive still spent valuable time with me going through the controls etc. I must say that the Sales Executive has a brilliant attitude to customers they are so welcoming, friendly with a very positive and professional manner also. All in all the whole experience was superb. Thank you and well done.

I have been a Honda driver for 25 years, and I must compliment the Sales Executive In the Durham Honda Base for their professionalism, friendly and helpful attitude, also for their support, guidance and patience with us during this unpredictable time. The Sales Executive made us relax from our fist meeting, we did visit other dealerships to test drive other vehicles, however because of the Sales Executive's personality and professionalism we decided to purchase a car with Honda with their guidance and support. The whole experience of purchasing a car is an anxious one as there are so many cars to choose from. The Sales Executive really helped us decide which car was the most suitable for us (they must have the patience of a saint). From my initial telephone conversation with the Sales Executive up until the picking up of our CRV,all I can say is WOW. The customer care we received was beyond belief. Never felt pushed in anyway and any questions were answered promptly and honestly. We travelled 300 miles to purchase the vehicle and knowing the Sales Executive recommended a local hotel and eatery(both of which were top notch also, and within easy travelling to Vertu Honda). Everyone in the branch seemed very friendly and the Sales manager introduced them-self also. I will certainly have no quibbles about using Vertu in the future.
Today I picked up a new Honda Jazz Hybrid - I was well informed about my new car as the Sales executive had sent a personal video explaining all the 'ins & outs' of the car I was buying. COVID regulations were well planned out, the sales room was immaculate with clear signage, spaciously set out desks for customers and sales staff who were well informed on 'keeping protected' during this time. The whole experience from choosing the car, driving the display car to hearing about different purchasing possibilities was professionally presented with no pressure to purchase. I would have no hesitation in recommending a visit to Newcastle's showroom.

Came to this dealer to have look around a specific Honda CRV, after a period of time was approached by a Sales Executive who was available to give us advice and answered questions about said vehicle. They then showed us a vehicle which had not long been in their possession which, was exactly the right vehicle we were looking for as in price and year of registration. After making an appointment for a test drive we decided to purchase this vehicle, the Sales Executive made it an easy process and within one week we are now the proud owners of the vehicle .
