We recently bought a Landrover Discovery Sport HSE Black from the dealership. The service from the sales person was impecable. My husband and myself had been searching for 6 months for a new car but was frequently put off by the attitude of the sales teams. Honda Newcastle were professional and friendly without being to familiar. They were able to answer our questions and find out further details when needed. We would definetly use Honda Newcastle again. The sales person involved our children in the car reveal which was a very thoughful touch and made our girls feel a part of the process. We will definitely recommend.

I have bought several cars in my lifetime and buying a car from sales at Honda Newcastle is the best buying experience I have had and the extra touches made my experience extra extra special. They are a huge asset to Honda and I hope they are recognised for all they do. They were extremely professional and very knowledgeable about cars. The Sales Exec was very helpful & gave us all the information we needed regarding the model we chose. They explained how easy the process would be when handing over our older model. The Sales Exec explained what costs were involved when deciding on which model we wanted. We were kept updated about our order via phone calls & emails. We have purchased a number of cars over the years but since deciding to try Honda we have never looked back. Very understanding company & onto our second Honda now. Its a dream to drive & looks very smart. We want to thank everyone. We are very happy with our experience. One happy customer.
