Purchased a Honda HR-V the Newcastle branch on the 31st January. I have to say it was a great pleasure to do business with the sales person who was the ideal to me, not too pushy but always willing to assist where they could. The dealership seemed to be a good place to work, everybody was very friendly, and the coffee was pretty good too! Well done to everyone involved!

I was delighted with the service and care I received from the sales person and from the sales manager. The sales person knew all about the vehicle and built an excellent rapport and, importantly, quickly met the specifics of my remoteness, choice of vehicle, reaching agreement very speedily, logistics to pick-up and then my personal export. All was done in four days. I am delighted with the vehicle, which is exactly as the sales person described. The reveal and the presentation box with keyring and flask were lovely touches. All i can say is that the sales person is a fantastic asset to Vertu Honda. I originally had a deal agreed on a car in November 2019 but due to an illness the DVLA re-voked my driving licence.
