I should just wish to say a big "Thank You" to all the team at the above branch for their excellent customer service. As always, it is much appreciated to have our car picked up and taken to the garage and returned promptly when all the necessary work has been completed. This is very much a time and convenience 'saver' for us and more so, as our Civic car is over 8 years old, we still received first class customer service as probably would a customer buying a new car. Full marks, thank you!

We were consulted when a couple of items that needed some attention, to ask if we wished the necessary work to be carried out. This was done without any pressure or hassle. When our car was returned, the driver ensured we had received all the relevant documents.

We would like to thank your team at Scotswood Road and we will definitely be contacting them again for the next service on the car.

I would just like to say thank you for the exceptional service I received from your staff after booking my CR-V in for a misfire. An appointment was made the same day I arrived early and was seen to within minutes, I was only there 30 minutes in that time the mechanic had test driven car diagnosed fault and applied software update which up to now seems to have solved misfire. Many thanks once again.
