I needed a battery change and some new windscreen wipers. My call was taken by Hannah and although you were very busy, she arranged the necessary service at a time convenient to me.

I was greeted on the telephone by Hannah with a friendly helpful, cheerful tone, repeated on my visit at the customer welcome point by Sue and again at the service desk by Bev. I must say that these three ladies are a real credit to you and themselves, they are a pleasure to deal with. They are always courteous, customer focussed, helpful and always do their best to achieve the desired outcome.

I was coming into Lincoln on the A46, when as I pulled off hard from a roundabout. I had the engine management light and the VSA warning come on.

A phone call to your Reception asking if anyone was available to "just have a look" had the positive reply yes by all means get here by 11.30 and we will get you checked out.
Arrived spot on time to be greeted with pleasant staff, who directed me to the service desk, my details were taken and a drink offered. 75 minutes later all was sorted, I left a very happy satisfied customer.
