Great service from start to finish, friendly efficient and nothing was too much trouble - this was a company vehicle purchase and as a result when our other fleet cars are due for renewal we will return to Honda.
First of all when we walked through the doors at Honda Lincoln we knew we had made the right choice as we were met by the Sales Executive who was outstanding, very professional and friendly. A credit to your team, as a bonus all the other members of staff were also very nice. You can tell with the running of this dealership you have a very good team.

My experience of Honda Lincoln was outstanding thank you to the Sales Executive. I hadn't actually seen my car before I bought it as I lived over 2 hours away. I thought it was great that the Sales Executive did a personalised video for me and I could email or call if I needed anything. On my arrival to the garage, myself and my family a warm welcome and we were offered teas, coffees or hot chocolates right away. I was offered to either test drive my new vehicle or do the paperwork first, I decided to do the paper work. We all got a refreshment and were made to feel at ease the whole time. On the test drive I was shown everything I needed to know about my car and made to feel comfortable. It was nice just to have general chit chat on the drive. We got back to the garage I was asked if I was happy with my new car and we completed the final paperwork. I did get offered other things too, I think it was gap insurance and few other things. It was nice not to feel as though it was being pushed up on me too so thank you for that. I would definitely recommend yourselves to friends and family. 10/10 experience.
