From the moment we arrived, the approach from the Sales Executives was friendly and professional. This was to be my second purchase from Vertu Honda Lincoln in the past two years. It is quite easy to be guided through the process of buying and selling {part Exchange} when you have such versatile and knowledgeable staff. All of the staff , particularly at this Branch are very polite and always keen to help in any way for the customers - who after all - are the life blood of Honda. My wife and myself always like the hospitality offered and the smiles on the faces of your personnel. A laugh and some banter goes a long way. That always helps. l did have a few minor concerns, however they were quickly resolved to my satisfaction. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Honda to all my friends and family. This is the third CRV that l have owned and by and large have been delighted.

The Sales Executive looked after us in a very thorough way making the purchase of the car great fun. They took the trouble to send us a video - did an unveiling and in between took care of all the purchasing process. The Managers took time to talk with us - overall a great team to do business with.
