Service Plan FAQs
What does the Plan cover?
Your plan will cover Service, parts, labour and VAT. You can also cover the cost of your MOT.
Is the plan discounted?
Yes we have set the plan discounted on today’s prices and there is the advantage of inflation free over the term of your plan.
What about courtesy services?
All courtesy service applies as normal.
When is the first payment?
The first payment will be taken 30 days from registration.
Will the payment be increased?
No your payments will be fixed for the term of your plan.
Can I pay up front?
Yes you can pay upfront.
Can I change my car?
We can transfer any remaining funds onto your new vehicle.
Can I cancel my plan?
Yes you can cancel your plan at any time. Remember this is not a contract it is a service.

Sounds good doesn’t it? Often servicing is thought of as expensive and having to pay the bills in a lump sum can be painful. Our Priority Service Plan can help with both of these problems. We tailor the plan to meet your exact needs no matter what you use your vehicle for, be it business or pleasure.
Along with spreading the annual cost across manageable monthly payments, you will also benefit from a significant discount on our standard servicing costs, at approximately 25% off. The plan also gives you a fixed price (interest free and inflation free) for the next three years and of course the most important reason for joining the plan is that you receive regular service checks to give you motoring peace of mind and maintains your warranty cover. This also provides you with a full vehicle service history, which helps retain the value of your car if you ever decide to sell, giving you one less thing to worry about.
All services will be completed by our highly trained technicians using genuine manufacturer parts and all of the latest technology in our workshops, for convenience you will be able to benefit from the use of our courtesy cars, or we can collect the vehicle from you.
