The Sales Executive looked after us in a very thorough way making the purchase of the car great fun. They took the trouble to send us a video - did an unveiling and in between took care of all the purchasing process. The Managers took time to talk with us - overall a great team to do business with.

Called at Morpeth dealership whilst on a weekend break in Northumbria as my Civic developed a worrying grating sound at the rear - the Service Manager was excellent and the whole team were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
