Having had my car now for nearly 48hrs, I can tell you in short, I'm absolutely thrilled with it. The drive is so rewarding, smooth, responsive with a real refined feel, it basically feels like a brand new car.

I must admit thank you seems inadequate for how much praise I must give you for facilitating what was a very professional yet relaxed trade/purchase experience. In my humble opinion, you raised the bar in terms of customer experience and I sincerely hope that Vertu Honda realise and value what a credit you are to them. As usual, the service I received yesterday was your normal 5 star. Exceptional staff care (whilst I was waiting at the service desk for my car to be brought back no fewer than 5 different members of staff asked me if I was OK and if I was being attended to). Everything had been done as promised (it was a 75000 mile service) and as usual the Gold Standard Valeting I had was exceptional, and to make it better I received it at a discounted price. I always feel when I am driving the car home after service with you that it has been restored to as new new condition as is possible and that I am set for another year of trouble free motoring. Thank you once again. I cannot imagine myself driving any other make or using any other garage.
