Having had my car now for nearly 48hrs, I can tell you in short, I'm absolutely thrilled with it. The drive is so rewarding, smooth, responsive with a real refined feel, it basically feels like a brand new car.
I must admit thank you seems inadequate for how much praise I must give you for facilitating what was a very professional yet relaxed trade/purchase experience. In my humble opinion, you raised the bar in terms of customer experience and I sincerely hope that Vertu Honda realise and value what a credit you are to them.
