Honda comes up top in 2016 Which? Breakdown Survey

In the 2016 Which? Breakdown Survey, Honda’s Hondacare Assistance has been voted the best carmaker-branded cover.

The 2016 Which? Breakdown Survey used data from over 8,500 motorists who have required breakdown services over the past year. Hondacare Assistance increased their score from last year by 1%, meaning a finishing score of 88%, which is the highest of any manufacturer branded breakdown assistance. The score was judge on several different factors including the time taken to respond to a breakdown call, which was voted by motorists as their highest priority.

The Managing Director of Honda UK, Philip Crossman, commented:

“Hondacare Assistance has been named the best car maker branded cover for the second year running, which is a tremendous achievement. In all instances at Honda, the customer is the priority and this recognition by a trusted consumer champion will firmly entrench that ethos in both our existing and new customers to the Honda brand.”
