I recently popped into the dealership to discuss my Motability car options. I didn't have an appointment but was immediately introduced to a Sales Executive to discuss my situation. The service and understanding I received from the Sales Executive was faultless and I had my car by the end of the week with a hoist fitted. I can now make the sear higher to suit to my needs, it's comfortable to get in and out of my car and easy to drive. I cannot praise the service I received enough and the Sales Executive was exceptional.

Who i dealt with explained everything in fine detail nothing was too much trouble, the showroom was perfect and clean and bright. All of the staff were very welcoming making sure everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend Honda to anyone that's looking for a car.

Wow what a fantastic service from Vertu Honda Derby. No pressure selling, very knowledgeable staff and keen prices with good trade in price too. Sales Executive was a pleasure to deal with and explained all the cars controls etc perfectly. Customer service is best I've ever experienced in 40 years without doubt. My wife and myself were received and our enquiries and concerns were handled in a most courteous and conscientious manner during our visits to and phone calls with the team last week. To my mind they were at least as concerned to ensure we would select the correct vehicle for our needs as they were to sell us a vehicle. They employed first rate customer service techniques.
