In case you breakdown within 0.25 miles from your house. If we can’t get you started, we’ll take your car to the nearest Honda dealer or somewhere else if you prefer.
We’ll get help to you wherever you are in the UK and our engineers will try to get you on your way.
If your car can’t be fixed at the roadside, we’ll arrange for you and up to 4 passengers to be transported to your destination (within the UK and as long as you’re all going to the same place).
We’ll make sure a message gets to a family member or work colleague to let them know what’s happening.

If your car breaks down at home, we will send an appointed agent to your doorstep.

If we can't fix your car at the roadside, we will arrange for you, your vehicle and up to four passengers to be transported to any single destination.

Should the unforeseen arise, it's good to know that we can get a message to a relative or colleague to let them know what's happening, where you are and that you're safe. We'll see to that.
Honda European Assistance
We can also help you if your car breaks down while you are travelling in Europe. And, if we can't repair it at the roadside, we will get you to the nearest Honda Dealer or approved garage.
