The service provided on the purchase of my new HRV was second to none. From walking into your dealership in Doncaster, the Sales Executive proved to be extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly throughout. They were extremely helpful as the purchase involved the transfer of private number plates which they attended to on our behalf. Nothing was of too much trouble to them which led us to purchase a further second hand Jazz - which proves the amount of confidence we have in them and in Honda. The Sales Executive is such an asset to your company and should be recognised for their patience and the respect he showed to us throughout especially when my husband and I are both in our 70's. We must also bring it to your attention that all your staff are a credit to you as we initially were booking my CRV in for a service when we decided to look at the new HRV. All your staff are polite and a warm welcome is given from all on entering the premises. This is our 7th Honda purchase over the past years and we will be back!

Positive experiences don't often receive the recognition they deserve and in this case I wanted to thank the team at Boston Honda. I brought my car in for a service and a couple of issues were identified, I was told the parts would be ordered and I would be contacted in due course. It was during the fuel crisis when it was time to bring my car back in, I couldn't get fuel and needed to save what I had to get to work so I delayed the repairs. I received a phone call an hour later from Boston Honda offering to collect my car and leave me with a replacement while the work was done, they also worked around my schedule so I could get to work. They promptly fixed my car and dropped it back at my house and even put some diesel in it free of charge. The whole team across all departments were fantastic, they were efficient, polite and professional. The dealerships Kia and Peugeot that I've dealt with previously should take note on how to look after their customers, if they had then maybe I wouldn't have left and gone to Honda.

I recently purchased a Toyota C-HR from Honda Durham and I would like to say what excellent service I had. The Sales Executive couldn't have been more helpful. They were helpful without being pushy and I never felt I was been pressured into making a decision. They even managed to get my car to me a day earlier than planned as I hadn't realised my MOT was about to expire. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
